EGS Meeting Room is a fully equipped space in Brussels for business and institutional meetings, workshops and seminars. It is located on the premises of EuroGeoSurveys, nearby the EU main Institutions, only 10-15 minutes’ walk from the European Commission, EU Council and the Parliament. The ideal location makes it the perfect place for be at the heart of EU affairs as well as to explore  the main attractions of Brussels. For this reason, EGS Meeting Room is easily reachable by both public transport and private means.

 

In a very bright space, EGS Meeting Room can accomodate up to
30 people and offers a wide range of high quality FACILITIES and SERVICES.

 

EGS Meeting Room offers a projector, webcam, sound system, flipchart, white board, stationary, coffee and water available at participants’ disposal, as well as the free use of a printer (B/W and color) upon request.

 

EGS Meeting Room facilities include free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning system, different room settings (the possibility to set the room as boardroom,
U-shape and classroom thanks to high tech desks) and professional catering with quality fresh food during lunch breaks. Participants can enjoy lunch and coffee breaks in a dedicate room adjacent to the meeting room.

How to reach EGS Meeting Room

EGS Meeting Room is located in Brussels at 6th floor of Rue Joseph II /
Jozef II straat 36-38, at the EuroGeoSurveys office, 2 minute walk from Arts-Loi / 
Kunst-Wet metro station. From the Airport The quickest way is to take a train from Zaventem (the train stration is Brussel-Nat-Luchthaven/Bruxelles-Nat-Aéroport and there is a train every 20 min) to Brussels Central Train Station, get the Metro Line 1 in Gare Central towards Stockel and get off in 
Arts-Loi, then walk along Av. Des Arts /Kunstlaan (head north) and turn right onto 
Rue Joseph II/ Jozef II straat. Alternatively, you can take Bus number 12 towards Brussels City and get off at Schuman, and then walk for about 12 minutes to Rue Joseph II. From the Train station From Brussels Central Train Station get the Metro line 1 in Gare Centrale towards Stockel and get off in Arts-Loi, walk along Av. Des Arts /Kunstlaan (head north) and turn right onto Rue Joseph II/ Jozef II straat.
